The "Merumaru-kun CE-1100SX" is a new type of warning and alarm device that makes judgments based on conditions by referencing the sender, subject, and keywords in the body of incoming emails. As a result, it can activate lamps and play voice messages. It operates as an email client, so it does not require a tablet or PC for normal operation. Prior to use, a networked PC may be used only for setting up the server and the Merumaru-kun unit, as well as for viewing the email list.
